This Privacy Policy describes your privacy rights regarding Rooted Restaurants LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rooted” or “us/we/our”) collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of your personal information. It applies to the Rooted website, and all related websites, applications, services, tools, modules, integrated application sites and remote services, servers, and services residing on servers owned and/or operated by Rooted, or third parties on behalf of Rooted (collectively “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal information as described here.

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 18. No one under that age may provide any information through the Services. Such third parties may use the information to develop and market new products for Rooted. In many instances, we strive to remove personal information from the data that we collect and share with third parties. However, we do share personal information with some of our vendors, including personal information like names, user type, email address, location, transactions history, and other data. This personal information is shared to enhance or develop new products and Services for Rooted. Our Do Not Track Policy: Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals.

The Services are hosted in the United States. Rooted may, in its sole discretion, modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, effective immediately when they are posted as modified. Please check this Privacy Policy each time you use the Services, as they are legally binding on you. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of revised Privacy Policy constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. If you are dissatisfied with any Service, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, then your exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Services.
